Kartik Sarwade is a co-founder of Capital 7 Advisors, an Execution Advisory firm that helps startups get better at executing their business plans and evolving into well-rounded companies.

Kartik is also a key member of a collectively-run investment company called 7 Avenues that invests and runs high-growth ventures in Retail, Agriculture, Food Supply Chain & Financial Services across India.

Previously, Kartik led a $50m M&A fund for a large IT and Telecom services firm. He played a critical part in the firm’s impressive growth into newer geographies and service lines in a very short span of time. Kartik was also the co-founder of a startup in the education services space and has also had a brief but action packed stint with Infosys Technologies.

Kartik has a PGDM from IIM Lucknow, India and a B. Tech from IIT Kharagpur, India.
