Bimlesh is an Entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Aguai Solutions

He has over decade and half of experience in IT Outsourcing/Off shoring, Business Consulting and Product Development.

Bimlesh has considerable experience handling various roles that includes IT Product Development, Captive Center Operations, Outsourcing and Off shoring, Business & Marketing Strategy. Bimlesh has held Sr. Management positions in Misys, Allscripts India Center with specific focus to Strategic Off shoring of key Products from Product Management to Customer Support. 

He has very strong business acumen with Healthcare as a special focus. His passion towards Talent Development across all levels of the organization has resulted in creation of next gen leaders in different organizations.

He holds an MBA (Marketing) from SIBM-B, MS from BITS Pilani and an avid Cricket Player.

Apart from his responsibilities of his new organization, he is an avid speaker and advises start ups on Business & Marketing strategy while mentoring & coaching industry professionals to help them achieve their career goals.
