An Engineer from IIT Delhi and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Sriram has over 20 years of experience as a Consumer Banker with Citibank. He started with Citi in Cards, representing Citi in Visa & MasterCard fora.

His team launched the first POS authorization device for Diners Club in 1990. Sriram joined Bharti Airtel in January 2010, to head the m- Commerce business to define the mCommerce and mPayments strategy and help build a viable and scalable business model for delivering large scale financial inclusion in India
