Hemant has 25+ years of software industry experience in India, US and UK. Hemant's experience spans numerous high-tech product startups and he has participated in several liquidity events including venture funding and M&A. Previously, he co-founded In-Reality Software, that was successfully acquired by Symphony Services Inc., a global leader in Outsourced Product Development. Post-acquisition, as a VP, he played a key role in scaling Symphony's Pune operation to over 600 employees in 3 years. Hemant's earlier professional experience includes engineering and management roles at VERITAS Software (now Symantec), Stratus Computers, Hybrid Networks and Tech-Mahindra in the areas of Network Management, System Software, High Availability and Storage software.

Hemant holds a B.E. degree in Electronics, from the College of Engineering, Pune.
