The Workshop focuses on how to create a Founders' agreement that is simple, yet effective. It has two components:

(i) comprehending the items that co-founders should discuss to reach an understanding amongst themselves; some approaches used by startups in the past.

(ii) modeling the contract that documents the business understanding, understanding legal implications, enforceability, cross-border issues, etc.
